Online Clinical Psychologist · India & NRIs A compass doesn't tell you where to go. It tells you where you are.

Online therapy and counselling with me, an RCI-recognised clinical psychologist based in Pune, is a space to get oriented before you decide what’s next. I work with adolescents, adults and couples across India and abroad on anxiety, depression, stress and relationship concerns, in English, Hindi or Marathi. I also run workshops for psychology students building their clinical foundations.

What I offer

Online therapy for adults, and workshops for psychology students

Living abroad

Online therapy for Indians abroad (NRIs)

Living away from home brings its own weight: distance from family, expectations that don’t translate, and a therapist who may not share your language or cultural context. My online sessions are open to Indians living in any country, in English, Hindi or Marathi, with a psychologist who understands where you’re coming from. Sessions for clients abroad run on weekday mornings and evenings IST.

Book an online session

How it works

What a first online therapy session looks like

01

You book a slot

Pick a time that works for you, shown in your own time zone, or send a note if you’d rather talk it through first.

02

A clinical intake

Over video call, the first session is a proper intake: what brought you in, your history, what you've already tried, and what you want out of this. That's what tells us where to go next.

03

You decide together

By the end, you'll have a sense of whether this is a fit and what working together might look like from here.

Ready when you are

If you’ve read this far, that’s usually a sign.

You don’t need to have it figured out before you book. The first session is for figuring that out together.
